Fee Schedule and Information
 
Recovery in Progress provides housing, utilities, local telephone
   service, groceries/meals, transportation after dark, group sessions,
   two(2) drug screens per month, supplies/transportation for road trips.

   Resident's fees for Residential Treatment is Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per week.
   Resident shall pay One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) Admission Fee, on or before arrival
   to Recovery in Progress, and Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per week, thereafter.
   .

The resident's weekly fees shall apply beginning on Sunday and ending on the following
   Sunday. If a resident enters or leaves the program during the week, depending on the day,
   fees will be charged as follows.

   WEEKLY FEE INCLUDES: Housing, utilities, residential supervision, groceries/meals, rides after dark, two weekly group sessions, random drug screens, monthly staff contact (phone or fax) with supervising probation agencies consisting of progress report and drug screen results, supplies and transportation for road trips.

ENTRY (ADMINISTRATION) FEE INCLUDES: First week room & board, residential notebook, supplies for written work such as forms, copies, cost of recovery related handouts, videos, AA Big Book, Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, etc. and other administration fees for the entire nine month stay.    a week. Arrangements can be made with the director concerning weekly fees.

   If resident does not make $200 per week but are attempting to work 35-40 hours
   a week. Arrangements can be made with the director concerning weekly fees.

It may be recommended that the resident, after completing the program,
   return for aftercare groups, or may on their own accord, to satisfy
   probation or other agency's requirements, decide to participate in
   aftercare groups.

Recovery in Progress Alumni Aftercare Association

   R.I.P.A.A.A. is a non-profit organization that was founded on December 29, 2005.  It consists of alumni of Recovery in Progress, a local treatment facility that helps women recover from drug and alcohol abuse.   The main goal of the organization is to help raise funds for women who are in need of treatment and do not have the funds for the entrance fee into Recovery in Progress.   R.I.P.A.A.A. has lots of opportunities for local Statesboro businesses' products and services with raffles, door prizes and drawings.   Monetary donations are also welcome and stipulations of that donation are always considered and respected.  For additional information or donation opportunities for R.I.P.A.A.A. please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

COURT SERVICES

Jail Screening and Court Appearance fees may vary from one jurisdiction to another, depending on distance of travel.  If you jurisdiction is not listed, please contact our office for a fee quote. 

 

JAIL SCREENINGS

All Jail Screenings must be paid in advance.  The defendant's attorney should make arrangements with the appropriate authorities for a contact visit with our staff member if a personal interview is desired.   If the Defendant has no attorney, please contact our office to make these arrangements.   A copy of this correspondence should be forwarded to our office as well.

COURT APPEARANCES

All Court Appearances must be paid in advance of service provided.  Be mindful that the Court is no obligated to accept our recommendation.   Fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome in Court.   Our Staff needs as much advance notice as possible to schedule a Court Appearance.

(Depending on Distance / Travel Time - Other fees such as lodging may be added to the base fee)

Recovery in Progress reserves the right to access a ten percent (10%) penalty on the entire balance of the Resident's account, as a Late Fee, when fees are not paid by the due date, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Director.   Late Fees will automatically be assessed to the Resident's account when the Resident does not honor arrangements with the Director.

Resident agrees that the Resident is responsible for all weekly/monthly charges, plus any incurred expenses for each day that the Resident remains at Recovery in Progress.

Recovery in Progress shall provide random drug screens included in regular fees, however, the resident shall pay Twenty Dollars ($20.00) Drug Screening for any urine collection and drug screening performed by Recovery in Progress when the Resident's actions / behaviors raise suspicions of drug use and subsequently warrant the said urine collection and drug screening.

Resident further agrees that the Resident shall be responsible for all cost of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, in the event the Resident does not satisfy the charges incurred at Recovery in Progress.

Resident is aware that the Resident can be discharged from the program at any time, for any reason, at a staff member's discretion, without prior notification and without benefit of the legal eviction process.   Residents who are discharged from the program will be required to remove their person and all personal property from any and all Recovery in Progress facilities, at the time of discharge.  Any Resident who refuses to vacate the premises of Recovery in Progress upon discharge will be subject to arrest for Criminal Trespassing (O.G.C.A. 16-7-21).
